The Flâneur Approach
Flâneur (flah-NUR): French word describing someone who moves through spaces with purposeful observation—present enough to see clearly, detached enough to think deeply.
This is how I coach.
What This Means for You:
Instead of giving you steps to follow, I walk alongside you through your questions. I help you notice what you've been walking past: patterns you're too close to see, possibilities you didn't know existed, costs and trade-offs you haven't fully considered.
Why This Works:
You already have clarity—you likely just can't access it from where you're standing
Perspective comes from slowing down, not speeding up
The best insights emerge through observation, not force
I maintain enough distance to see your full landscape while staying close enough to walk it with you.
I’m not a Guru. I’m a Guide.
That's the flâneur method: unhurried presence, purposeful observation, and better sight.

I am a Creative Expression Coach. It’s a lot simpler than it sounds!
I work with creatives who struggle with mental blocks, limiting beliefs, and gaps in their problem-solving skills. Through fun yet enlightening 1-on-1 coaching sessions and unique community collaborations, we confront self-doubt, attract the muse, and challenge comfort zones so clients walk away with tangible next steps, renewed confidence in their creative voice, and the inspiration to take action on projects they didn't know how to start."
Ms. Frizzle (The Magic School Bus) and Kermit the Frog (The Muppets) are lovable characters, but even better teachers. Ms. Frizzle taught by fostering exploration in and with her students. Kermit is the glue that holds the Muppets’ world together, all the while enthusiastically supporting each character's growth into becoming more of who they are.
Are they odd choices? Maybe. Great choices? DEFINITELY. They both facilitated others creating their own narratives. As creators, you show us the beauty in the world that we often miss, so the story you tell yourself about what you see impacts us all. So, whether it’s a hobby, a pursuit, or a lifestyle, I would be honored to support you in taking charge of your story.
