The interior life is not decorative.

It is a fullness that doesn't exist on the other side, the outside. You can only see glimpses of it.

Most people sell it, spend it, or never learn it exists. The ones who keep it intact, who protect it or can't help carrying it, become legible to others in a way that changes everything.

I write about those people. I work with those people. I am one of those.

WHO I AM

Writer. Coach. Cultural steward. Savannah, Georgia.

I work at the intersection of creative identity, community, and the interior life — as a writer, a coach for artists, and a builder of the infrastructure people belong inside.

Conversations worth having.

I work one-on-one with artists navigating identity, creative blocks, and the cost of belonging to the wrong things. I also consult with organizations that want to integrate creativity into how they actually function.
